Lucid’s Long-Term Battery Cell Partnership with LG Chem
They Provide the Ideal Level of Efficiency for the Lucid Air
We continue to reach milestones on the journey to Lucid Air production at our new Casa Grande, AZ, factory late this year.
Among them is a new partnership with LG Chem that will supply battery cells for standard versions of the Lucid Air through 2023. With these advanced battery cells, we can lock in core volume production forecasts for the Lucid Air for the next several years.

The Lucid Air Dream Edition will make its global debut in New York this April — when we will also reveal final designs, specifications, and pricing.
